MKL (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) values the protection of your personal information and complies with the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc. In the event of any amendments to this Privacy Policy, the Company will notify users through a website pop-up notice.

This Policy has been in effect since 2023.

Personal Information Collected

Retention and Use Period of Personal Information

Destruction of Personal Information
Once the purpose of collection and use has been achieved, the Company will destroy the information without delay, following the procedures and methods below:
Procedure
Information entered by users will be transferred to a separate database (or filed separately for paper documents) and stored for a certain period in accordance with internal policies and relevant laws before being destroyed. Personal information transferred to a separate database will not be used for any other purpose except as required by law.
Method
Electronic files: Deleted using technical methods that prevent recovery.
Paper documents: Shredded or incinerated.
Provision of Personal Information
The Company does not provide users’ personal information to third parties without prior consent. Exceptions are made in the following cases:
  • When required for product delivery, installation, or after-sales service (name, phone number, installation address)
  • When the user has given prior consent
Entrustment of Personal Information Processing
The Company does not entrust personal information to any external parties other than contracted delivery, installation, or after-sales service providers. Should such entrustment become necessary in the future, the Company will notify users of the entrusted party and the scope of work, and obtain consent when required.
Rights of Users and Legal Representatives

Users and legal representatives may, at any time, view, correct, or request deletion of their personal information or that of children under the age of 14. Users may log in to the website and directly view, modify, or delete information through “Edit Personal Information” or “Membership Withdrawal.” Alternatively, users may contact the Company’s Privacy Officer in writing, by phone, or via email, and appropriate action will be taken without delay.

During the correction process, the Company will not use or provide the relevant information until the correction is complete. If incorrect information has already been provided to a third party, the Company will notify the third party without delay to ensure correction. Deleted or withdrawn information will be processed according to the Company’s retention policy and will not be used for purposes other than those specified.
